Learning
Collaborative

The Cradle Cincinnati Learning Collaborative was launched in 2015 as a network of healthcare professionals who wanted to transform the way prenatal care is provided in Hamilton County.

Using quality improvement science, data-sharing and an “all teach, all learn” model, the Cradle Cincinnati Learning Collaborative serves as an opportunity to activate change within prenatal care. We believe that we can reduce preterm birth by focusing on the following key drivers: first trimester access to care, maternal tobacco cessation, connection to community health workers and team-based prenatal care.
